The Ensemble: Libby Matthews

Libby Matthews became an associate member of the Ensemble in 2009. She holds a BA in Theatre and The Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington, the latter of which she designed to emphasize Critical Studies and Art for Social Change. She spent 2006/2007 studying at the renowned Ilkhom Theatre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and has also trained in both Suzuki and Viewpoints with Pacific Performance Project and SeaPlace Studios. In Spring, 2009 she began touring nationally for Catharsis Productions in Sex Signals. Favorite roles include “XX” in A Cure For Pain, “Lenora” in the west coast premiere of God’s Ear and “Ruth” in …And Baby Makes Seven. |
